What you’ll do Industry & Solution GTM Build tailored GTM strategies that extend Replicant’s core positioning into differentiated industry and solution narratives Create top-of-funnel assets and comprehensive sales materials that enable deep conversations with prospects Competitive Intelligence Conduct market research, track competitor moves, and lead win/loss analysis. Produce battlecards, positioning insights, and recommendations that strengthen deal execution Market Research & Insights Build market insights to keep the organization grounded in customer and market needs Develop segmentation strategies that inform roadmap prioritization and GTM focus Turn insights into actionable guidance for Product, Sales, and Marketing Product Launches Lead cross-functional launch planning and execution—from market validation to messaging, GTM strategy, enablement, and post-launch optimization Translate product capabilities into value-driven stories that resonate with buyers and users Content Execution Partner with Marketing, Demand Gen, and Brand to amplify market narratives across the right channels Build content that drives awareness, consideration, and wins: blog posts, one-pagers, webinars, presentations, and more What you’ll bring Passion - for our mission, for marketing as a craft, and for your own personal growth Proven empathy for customers and the ability to tailor communication to diverse audiences 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing or related roles within SaaS, AI and Contact Center Deep empathy for customers, with proven ability to adapt how you communicate to best reach and engage your audience Robust experience in a sales-led GTM motion Excellent verbal and written communication skills Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics to make informed decisions The ability to excel in a dynamic, collaborative environment with a low-ego approach For all full-time employees, we offer: 🌴 In-person connection that counts: company-wide offsites and smaller team gatherings designed to make remote work feel personal 🖥️ Tech & learning stipend: Conferences, books, courses — interested?
