Ok, I'm going to just lay it all out there for you so we're on the same page… The “bad” I know I shouldn't be saying this, but I think transparency and expectations are important… • This is hard (since when was $260k+ income easy?) • It's not for everyone (we'll both know pretty quick) • We're growing fast (very laid back, must be willing to adapt to constant change and growing pains) • We don't have benefits (I lied, there are lots of benefits, but not traditional medical etc) • This is a 1099 contract arrangement If I haven't scared you off yet, congrats… you MAY have what it takes. (mid-day… the mornings are yours) • Work in assigned neighborhoods to meet potential clients and schedule appointments (you'll do this until dark) • Present premium products to homeowners and guide them through an easy decision process • Close deals and celebrate your wins - because performance here gets rewarded fast • Track and report your numbers daily in CRM (we're all about data-driven growth) What it takes: • Hard work. Period… If you want the easiest job possible so you can coast through life, and just do enough to not get fired… there's plenty of those out there. This aint it.
