The Role We’re looking for a Media Producer & Content Marketing Manager to lead the creation and execution of high-quality video, audio, and multimedia content that builds RentRedi’s brand presence. This person will own production of webinars, podcasts, and video storytelling that position RentRedi as a thought leader in real estate and property management. Beyond production, you’ll also help extend that content across social and digital platforms to engage landlords, tenants, and industry partners. This is a high-impact role where you’ll bring creative media production skills to life in a fast-growing SaaS environment. What Youll Do Media Production (Primary Focus): • Produce and manage RentRedi’s webinars, podcasts, and video projects end-to-end (pre-production, recording, editing, distribution). • Direct guest coordination, scripting, technical setup, and post-production workflows. • Ensure professional quality across formats: long-form (podcasts, webinars) and short-form (clips, social reels, teasers). Content & Marketing (Secondary Focus): • Repurpose video and audio content into social and marketing campaigns. • Manage RentRedi’s organic social presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) with an emphasis on amplifying video content. • Support integrated campaigns with the broader marketing team through content storytelling. Community Engagement: • Help strengthen RentRedi’s voice in the market by showcasing stories of landlords, tenants, and industry experts. • Use media as a tool to deepen loyalty and engagement with our community. What Were Looking For • Background in media production (webinars, podcasts, and/or video — shooting, editing, storytelling). • 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management. • Strong technical skills with production tools (Riverside.fm, Adobe Premiere/Final Cut, audio editing, etc.). • A marketing mindset: able to use media to drive awareness, engagement, and leads. • Strong project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple initiatives at once. • Passion for startups and SaaS—you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
