Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Dental Office Manager/Treatment Coordinator, where you will lead the daily operations of our busy dental practice and serve as a vital link between patients and clinical staff. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your expertise in medical office management, practice management, and dental office experience to create an exceptional patient experience while ensuring smooth administrative workflows. Duties • Oversee all aspects of dental office operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff coordination to ensure optimal clinic performance • Manage fiscal responsibilities such as budgeting, financial management, and billing processes using systems like Dentrix to maximize revenue and control costs • Supervise administrative staff, providing training and support in medical administrative support, human resources, and office management procedures • Coordinate patient treatment plans by explaining procedures, financing options, and insurance benefits clearly to enhance patient understanding and satisfaction • Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations • Monitor clinic performance metrics including utilization management, managed care processes, and quality assurance initiatives • Facilitate communication between clinical providers and patients to promote adherence to treatment plans and ensure excellent customer service Experience • Proven experience in dental office management with a strong background in dental office experience and practice management • Demonstrated supervisory experience leading administrative or clinical teams within a healthcare setting • Proficiency with dental practice management software such as Dentrix; familiarity with Dental Intel is highly desirable • Experience working in a fast-paced clinic environment. • Able to work on AR's, audit ledgers, negotiate insurance fee schedules. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with staff, patients, insurance providers, and external partners Join us in delivering outstanding dental care through energetic leadership and meticulous administrative expertise.
