Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve consumer issues, manage records, and meet quotas.
High school diploma with previous customer support experience, strong communication skills, and ability to meet targets.
We are looking for a Call Center Representative who is Bilingual that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential consumers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving consumer issues, complaints, and inquiries. Responsibilities • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner • Money recovery for healthcare providers. • Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics • Identify consumer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. • Build sustainable relationships and engage consumers by taking the extra mile. • Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. • Meet our client quotas • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills • Previous experience in a customer support role • Track record of over-achieving quota • Credit Collection experience. • Call center experience is a plus • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Focus and adaptability to different personality types. • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively • High school degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $19.00 per hour Education: • High school or equivalent (Preferred) Work Location: In person
