Job Title: IT Support Technician Department w/ Code: BORO Administration Reports To: IT Manager Pay Range: $19-24 per hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Position Summary: The purpose of this position is to focus on providing in person and remote technical support for internal users and contract partners Essential Duties and Responsibilities: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactorily; other duties may be assigned. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. · Manages all company assets and tracking of assets within asset management system · Installs software programs on PC, iPad, Android devices, and Office equipment · Diagnoses and troubleshoots hardware and software problems with PC, iOS, Android devices and Office equipment · Handles help desk requests through ticket system, Microsoft Teams, email or phone while meeting KPI requirements · Participates in organizational hardware and software rollouts · Creates, updates, and disables accounts and configures hardware and software as part of onboarding and offboarding processes · Performs special projects as directed by supervisor · Other duties as assigned Competencies: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following.
