Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years program management or related experience, knowledge of program management methodologies, strong communication and leadership skills.
Position Summary: The Program Manager plays a vital role in strategic oversight and coordination of multiple interdependent projects to achieve larger organizational goals, focusing on a distinct Specialty Program at Renew. This role includes program planning, resource allocation, operational process establishment and maintenance, stakeholder communication, risk mitigation, and program monitoring. Key responsibilities include setting and monitoring program goals, establishing and supervising project tasks and milestones, overseeing program team members and ensuring consistent quality and performance across the entire program lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Goals Outline and manage program objectives, ensuring they align with Renew’s strategic vision and long-term goals. Coordination Oversee multiple projects and cross-divisional processes tied to the defined Specialty Program, ensuring people and processes work together cohesively towards the overall program goal achievement. Data and Trend Analysis Create and leverage data and trend analysis reporting, to enhance program effectiveness and assist in driving strategic decision-making. Stakeholder Communication Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and regular communication, reports, and updates on program progress and status. Risk Management Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks and issues that could impact program delivery, timelines, or KPIs. Performance Monitoring Monitor program progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure goals are met. Team Leadership and Collaboration Guide, motivate, and support program team members and cross-divisional stakeholders, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability. Documentation Ensure proper program documentation is created and maintained throughout the program lifecycle.
