Role Summary Renew Home is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract Recruiting Coordinator to lead our coordination efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is excited to own core scheduling and communication workflows while also stretching into additional talent acquisition responsibilities over time. You’ll be essential in delivering a seamless candidate experience and ensuring our hiring processes run smoothly as we scale. You’ll partner closely with recruiting, hiring managers, and interview teams across the company to schedule interviews, manage candidate communication, and keep workflows on track in a fast-paced environment. This contract may be extended for an additional three months. What You Will Do Own interview scheduling across all phases of our interview processes, including last minute adjustments and time sensitive logistics. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering a warm, timely, and professional experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and navigate hiring teams' complex and dynamic schedules. Maintain our hiring systems by updating candidate statuses, posting/modifying jobs, managing pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy. Partner with recruiting and hiring managers to anticipate scheduling needs and proactively resolve conflicts or bottlenecks. Help standardize interview processes: manage scorecards, send prep materials, confirm interview readiness, and ensure hiring teams follow established best practices. Identify opportunities for interview process and system improvement, solving for bottlenecks and improving candidate experience and/or scheduling efficiencies. Assist in sourcing efforts by reviewing resumes, and potentially conducting initial screenings or building pipelines for priority roles. Must have 2+ years of fulltime experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support (startup experience and/or experience with a tech company strongly preferred - but not a hard requirement). Must be based in the US. Ability and willingness to generally work core business hours in Pacific time zone. We will only consider candidates who fully answer application questions. Demonstrated experience owning complex interview scheduling, including multi-interviewer loops, last-minute changes, and coordination across time zones. Experience serving as a direct point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring (or a simliar) process. Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where priorities shift and creative problem solving is needed. High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and follow through. Able to work independently with a sense of urgency and a proactive mindset. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Familiarity with an ATS or CRM, GSuite, and Slack (or similar tool). What You'll Get This is a contract position with a three month duration. The hourly rate for this role is $25.
