The Junior Business Development Manager will drive growth by engaging and onboarding top-tier insurance agents, collaborating with various teams to enhance the go-to-market strategy and optimize agent acquisition. Responsibilities • Develop and execute strategies to identify and attract high-performing insurance agents. • Own the end-to-end business development process from prospecting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient sales cycle. • Understand the needs and challenges of insurance agents and articulate the value proposition of Renegade Insurance’s model and technology-driven solutions. • Build and nurture relationships with top insurance agents, agency owners, and key industry stakeholders to drive sustained growth. • Gather insights from prospects and industry trends to inform Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, ensuring continuous improvement of our offerings. • Work closely with internal teams to enhance our sales funnel, marketing messaging, and agent onboarding experience. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies to optimize conversion rates and overall business growth. • Act as an ambassador for Renegade Insurance at industry events, networking opportunities, and professional associations.
