Job description Job Summary: Renegade Insurance is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients and working closely with our agents to ensure that our clients receive the best insurance coverage and service. You will be an integral part of the Renegade team, providing outstanding customer service, promoting policy renewals, and expanding our business. Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance • Competitive compensation • Generous paid-time off program • Comprehensive training • Opportunities for career growth Qualifications: • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills, effective time management, and interpersonal skills • Ability to successfully and creatively problem solve and negotiate solutions • Experience with Salesforce management system preferred but not required • Positive thinker, comfortable with fast paced environment • Strong Knowledge of commercial insurance products • Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (required) • Ability to work in a team environment and train others as necessary • Proficiency in Windows, Word, Power Point and Excel (knowledge of working with spreadsheets is required) • Contact Center experience preferred Responsibilities: • Providing amazing customer service for Property and Casualty Insurance customers Completing all customer service requests including claims, endorsements, payments, and ID cards • Managing and completing renewals • Providing quotes for prospects • Assisting Producers and Account Managers/ Retention Specialist to respond to service needs of customers • Fostering strong and lasting relationships with Customers, Producers and Account Managers/ Retention Specialist • Participating in scheduled team and office meetings • Providing Account Management backup • Maintaining working knowledge of carrier products and processes • Performing other functions as required License/Certification: Property and Casualty Insurance License (Required) Work Location: Remote Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $30,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Vision insurance • Work from home Work Location: Remote
