Ren is at the intersection of financial services and philanthropy, powering donor-advised funds and charitable trusts with modern technology. As our Vice President of Field Engagement & Charitable Solutioning, you will lead our national Field Sales, Charitable Strategy, and SME teams. You will define the strategies, systems, and developmental frameworks that elevate the team’s expertise and influence, driving advisor education, adoption, and growth of Ren’s donor-advised fund and charitable planning solutions across the wealth management ecosystem. Duties & Responsibilities Leadership, Team Development & Coaching • Lead and develop a distributed team of Charitable Strategists and SMEs. • Build the team’s expertise in charitable giving vehicles, Ren’s platform, facilitation skills, and consultative selling. • Set clear expectations, KPIs, and development pathways; coach team members in building networks within the advisor and wealth ecosystems. Field Strategy & Execution • Design and execute the national field strategy to drive advisor education, adoption, and charitable planning usage. • Build scalable territory plans, engagement models, event playbooks, and workflows. • Ensure strong field execution across advisor consultations, trainings, webinars, roadshows, conferences, and partner enablement. • Prioritize travel and resources based on market potential and growth opportunity. Advisor & Influencer Relationship Development • Cultivate deep relationships with high-value advisors, private wealth teams, and key industry influencers. • Equip the team to build and nurture high-quality networks and long-term partnerships. • Identify advisor segments and markets with the greatest charitable planning opportunity; represent Ren at key field events. Customer Feedback & Insight Generation • Build systems to capture advisor and partner feedback and surface insights across the organization. • Translate qualitative and quantitative data into themes and recommendations for Product,Marketing, Operations, and Leadership. • Ensure insights inform roadmap decisions, service enhancements, messaging, and GTM strategy. Process, Data & Operational Excellence • Develop scalable processes, CRM standards, reporting tools, and activity frameworks. • Analyze field engagement data to evaluate performance and guide strategy. • Drive continuous improvement through new tactics, best practices, and operational innovations. • Partner with Finance and drive internal enablement. • Other duties as assigned. Education & Experience • 10+ years in financial services, charitable planning, wealth management consulting, or advisor-facing roles. • 5+ years leading field sales, consulting, or education teams. • Strong understanding of wealth management distribution channels (RIA, IBD, wire house, private wealth). • Expertise—or ability to rapidly acquire expertise—in charitable giving vehicles such as donor-advised funds and trusts. • Exceptional presentation, influence, and communication skills, with experience coaching others to mastery. • Proven ability to create scalable frameworks for team development, field operations, and performance management. • Highly analytical, organized, and effective at synthesizing market insights. • Passion for philanthropy and enabling advisors to deliver meaningful impact to their clients.
