Details: • $16 hourly • Temp to hire • All equipment provided • Training 2 weeks 8am-4:30pm, M-F • Post training schedule 8am to 4:30pm (Schedule may change after first 90 days) What you will do: • Contact providers offices to obtain patient charts for insurance companies. • High call volume 100+ daily What you need: • 1 year minimum of customer service call center experience • High school diploma or GED • Must have hard wired high speed internet • Customer Service and/or Sales Experience (Hospitality, Travel, Healthcare) • Computer skills and basic trouble shooting How you will succeed: • Familiarity with Dialer Technology • Results driven • Professional phone etiquette
