Role Overview This opportunity is with a vertically integrated manufacturer of commercial LED lighting solutions headquartered in Stafford, Texas. With over 20 years of OEM and manufacturing experience, this company designs and produces a wide range of interior and exterior lighting products, supported by strong overseas manufacturing partnerships and U.S. warehouse operations focused on quality, reliability, and timely delivery. We are seeking a supply chain professional to support sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics operations aligned with business growth and customer commitments. Key Responsibilities • Manage end‐to‐end supply chain operations, including coordination with overseas manufacturing partners • Oversee production planning, forecasting, and inventory management • Collaborate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams to ensure on‐time delivery • Support cost control initiatives, lead time improvements, and vendor performance management • Ensure supply chain activities align with quality and operational standards Required Experience • 5+ years of experience in supply chain management • Direct experience working with overseas manufacturers • Background in supply chain, sourcing, or manufacturing environments Preferred Experience • Experience within the electrical or lighting industry • Experience supporting product‐based or distribution‐driven supply chains • Mandarin/Chinese language skills are a plus Work Environment • In‐office role, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Compensation & Benefits • Competitive base salary
