Position Details • Role: Remote Medical Call Center Representative • Pay: $16/hr. + Weekly Pay + Benefits • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7am–8pm CST (must be available for any 8-hour shift assigned within these hours) • Start Date: September • Equipment: Provided by the company Important: Candidates must live in Irving, TX or surrounding areas and be available to pick up company-issued equipment in person before starting. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. What You’ll Do • Answer inbound calls and place outbound calls as needed • Assist patients with account updates and medication coverage • Enter and update patient data accurately and efficiently • Ensure compliance with federal healthcare guidelines • Work with insurance carriers to verify coverage • Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy What We’re Looking For • Minimum 1 year of recent call center experience (required) • Ability to pick up equipment in Irving, TX • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry • Private, distraction-free workspace at home • Reliable high-speed wired internet connection (hotspots not accepted) • Basic troubleshooting skills for remote technical issues • Dependability and ability to meet performance metrics • High school diploma or equivalent Why You’ll Love This Role • Work-from-home flexibility with company-provided equipment • Weekly pay and benefits • The chance to be part of a team making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives ??
