Fortune 500 Pharmaceutical Company is looking for motivated and seasoned Call Center Representatives who would love to work in the comfort of their home! Weekly Pay plus Benefits Schedule: 8am-10pm EST. M-Fri. (8hr Shift between these hours) Equipment Provided. MUST LIVE IN/NEAR IRVING, TX!!! Job Details: • Working with carriers to ensure coverage of medication on behalf of the patient • Provide excellent customer service and patient support. • Verify insurance and patient information. • Answer inbound calls and assist patients with their concerns regarding their prescription benefits. • Gathering and reviewing patient billing and medical information. • Operating according to the guidelines of the Federal Health Care Program. Job Qualifications: Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience.
