CLIENT SERVICES SPECIALIST POSITION OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist to join our Contact Center Team! Reporting directly to the Client Service Manager, this associate will have experience in a fast-paced environment in addition to exceptional communication and multitasking skills. This is an elevated Client Service role which will focus on assisting current clients by phone, text, and email. The Client Services Specialist role is essential in maintaining a positive client view of the Removery brand. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Communicate directly with clients while delivering 5-star experience Schedule and confirm appointments via inbound and outbound calls Coordinate timely studio or clinical support for any aftercare inquiries Facilitation of client escalations, ability to handle difficult conversations Educate clients on the value of Removery’s services Reiterate realistic removal expectations and treatment process to clients Partner with studio staff, clinical leadership, and Regional Managers to better understand and correctly respond to the client’s concerns. Meeting/Exceeding monthly KPIs Perform assigned responsibilities and all related duties & tasks according to standards in a thorough and independent manner SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Passion for the tattoo removal industry and our brand awareness; this is not ‘just a job’ but an invitation to be an empathetic partner with our clients through an emotional time in their lives. Strong connectivity and understanding of client needs, with exceptional client experience standards Excellent interpersonal skills and passionate about helping people Self-motivated multi-tasker with a willingness and proven ability to be resourceful and solution-oriented Reliable, punctual and available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as business needs require Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to work across teams with time management, prioritization, and organization skills Empathetic toward team members with outstanding communication, strong capability to identify and solve problems in a positive and effective manner Demonstrated agility and enjoys working in a fast-paced, high-change environment Previous experience using Salesforce would be a bonus! POSITION DETAILS Pay range is between $25-27/hour Remote in the state that you live in- must have a dedicated workspace + access to the internet with a minimum speed of 100Mpds Must be flexible with work shifts that will vary from 7:30am-8pm CST Monday-Saturday; typically, no more than 2 Saturdays/month
