As a seasoned program manager, you will lead the delivery of high-performance, reliable, and scalable network services that underpin Apple's cutting-edge services, including iCloud, iTunes, Siri, and Maps. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for network services, aligning with cross-functional teams to drive priorities, results, and decisions. • Partner with diverse teams to deliver end-to-end production lifecycles, from product development to release management, production rollout, and support. • Drive clarity and resolution among complex interdependencies and ambiguities, balancing technical details with business requirements. • Lead and develop high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and exceptional service availability, scalability, and security. Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need: • Confirmed expertise in software development project management, with a proven track record of leading teams and delivering complex projects. • Strong facilitation skills, with experience in requirements sessions, design meetings, progress, and status meetings. • Exceptional organizational management, project management, and technical savvy, with a passion for driving successful delivery of highly scalable infrastructure. • Preferred qualifications include 10+ years of experience in software development project management, experience leading Cloud Infrastructure programs, and proficiency in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.
