Manage full bookkeeping cycle for multiple clients including reconciliations, month-end closes, financial statements, A/P, A/R, payroll, and client communication.
5+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience, mastery of QuickBooks Online, strong financial statement and month-end close skills, excellent communication, and ability to manage multiple clients independently.
About Us We’re an accounting firm that’s allergic to boring. Sure, we love clean books and perfectly reconciled accounts (and we’ll fight anyone who says accounting isn’t exciting), but we also love building real relationships with our clients. We help small businesses thrive by keeping their numbers in order so they can focus on doing what they do best. We work hard, laugh often, and believe in doing accounting without the stiff, corporate vibe. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Accountant/Bookkeeper who’s part spreadsheet ninja, part problem solver, and part client-whisperer. This is a full-time role where you’ll own your clients’ books from start to finish—bookkeeping, reconciliations, month-end closes, financial statements, the works. If you’re the type who gets a little thrill when a bank rec balances to the penny, we already like you. What You’ll Be Doing • Managing the full bookkeeping cycle for a portfolio of clients (mostly QuickBooks Online). • Month-end and year-end closes that would make an auditor weep tears of joy.* • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts like the spreadsheet superhero you are. • Preparing and reviewing financial statements—clear, accurate, and on time. • Handling A/P, A/R, and payroll with ninja-level efficiency. • Communicating with clients in a way that makes accounting sound almost fun. • Finding process improvements because you can’t help but make things better. • Mentoring junior team members so everyone levels up together. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years** of full-cycle bookkeeping/accounting experience (bonus points for public accounting). • QuickBooks Online mastery (you know all the tricks). • Strong financial statement prep and month-end close skills. • Attention to detail that borders on obsessive—in a healthy way. • Excellent communication skills (no accounting jargon robots here). • The ability to juggle multiple clients without breaking a sweat. • Independent, self-motivated, and team-oriented. Perks of Joining Us • Competitive pay (because talent deserves it). • Paid time off + holidays (we want you to unplug). • Flexible, remote-friendly work environment. • Supportive team that has your back. • Room to grow, learn, and take ownership. • A workplace where we actually like each other. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Work from home Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
