Onboarding Systems Analyst Department: Driver Operations Employment Type: Full Time Location: Remote US Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 / year Description Fetch is a venture-backed startup solving the package problem for multi-family. Packages are sent to our warehouse, and we communicate directly with residents to coordinate secure and convenient door-to-door delivery. Fetch is currently operating in cities from coast-to-coast with additional plans for substantial growth with Fetch Storage, Fetch Market, and Valet Trash. Our Opportunity: We are seeking a Onboarding Systems Analyst who is eager to immerse themselves in the service partner experience—leveraging innovative strategies and past expertise to optimize recruitment of 1099 partners and onboarding workflows. In this role, you will own the end-to-end onboarding process for Service Partners. From their first interaction with Fetch, you will refine, manage, and innovate the systems and processes that drive engagement and efficiency. Collaborating closely with the Operations team, you will ensure high-quality delivery partner pools are built and maintained across all markets. Your work will directly shape a world-class Service Partner experience by developing impactful internal and external processes. What You'll Do: • Build and maintain high-quality Service Partner pools in all markets through collaboration with Operations teams. • Optimize recruitment workflows to improve Day 1 Service Partner quality and reduce time from application to activation. • Manage and enhance workflows in Fountain (our applicant tracking system for Service Partners). • Implement automation across the Service Partner lifecycle to improve satisfaction and reduce operational costs. • Develop dashboards and reporting for recruitment of 1099 driver pools and onboarding KPIs, including: • Fill Rate • Attendance Rates • Cost per Applicant • Cost per Activation • Applicant Conversion Rates • Identify, document, and improve core SOPs to elevate the Service Partner experience. What You'll Need: • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets — strong data analysis and reporting capabilities. • ATS Workflow Management — experience with applicant tracking systems (preferably Fountain) to manage recruitment pipelines. • Automation & Process Improvement — ability to implement AI and tech-first solutions to streamline onboarding and reduce costs. • Critical Thinking & Problem Solving — proven ability to assess challenges, analyze root causes, and propose logical, process-driven solutions. • Effective Communication — skilled in presenting and communicating insights to leadership audiences. • Technology Agility — quick to learn and adapt to new software and systems. • Gig Economy Knowledge — understanding of gig workforce dynamics, success drivers, and operational considerations.
