Key Responsibilities: • Data Diagnostics: Extract, scrub, and integrate large data sets from diverse internal and external sources, ensuring data quality and integrity. • Reporting and Automation: Summarize complex data into concise, actionable reports, and automate reporting processes to enhance efficiency. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and share insights. • Effective Communication: Present findings and insights to team members, stakeholders, and clients, demonstrating exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Research and Development: Identify and integrate new public data sources to enhance our products, services, and client offerings. Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, or a related discipline. • Experience: Over one year of experience in an analytical role, with a strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation. • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced MS Excel, with experience in BI tools (PowerBI/Power Apps preferred). • Communication and Problem-Solving: Excellent professional communication skills, with the ability to present complex findings to various audiences, and outstanding problem-solving skills, with a fresh and inquisitive approach to challenges.
