Job Summary We're looking for a self-driven, resourceful, and hardworking Head of Operations and Client Delivery to develop and implement cross-functional strategies that drive operational excellence, process improvement, and customer satisfaction. As a member of our leadership team, you will report to the CEO and oversee our operational business units, including Partner Success & Client Support, Content Delivery, and Online Instruction.
