As a core member of our customer service team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers and internal stakeholders, driving business success and growth. This is a full-remote opportunity available to candidates based in the United States. You'll be part of a dedicated team based in Canada, reporting to our Customer Service Supervisor, and collaborating with colleagues across the organization to provide top-notch service and resolve customer inquiries.
