This position requires a detail-oriented and empathetic individual who excels in communication and problem-solving to ensure a positive customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries regarding claim payments. - You will assist insureds, service providers, and adjusters by providing accurate information and resolving issues. - You will document all customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in the system. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex claims-related issues. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and claim processing procedures. - You will manage multiple customer interactions efficiently while maintaining high service standards. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer concerns. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or claims processing. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote customer service role. - Familiarity with insurance claims processing systems. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience with One Inc. systems or similar platforms.
