What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from insureds, service providers, and adjusters regarding claim payments. - You will accurately process and verify claim information to ensure timely payment. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - You will provide clear and concise information about policies, procedures, and claim statuses. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or claims processing. - You have excellent verbal and written communication skills. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You are proficient with computer systems and customer service software. - You have the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working with insurance claims or in the financial services industry. - Familiarity with One Inc. systems or similar claim processing platforms. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous remote work experience.
