What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from insureds, service providers, and adjusters regarding claim payments. - You will accurately process and verify claim information to ensure timely payment resolution. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - You will provide clear and concise information about claim processes and policies. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and workflow efficiency. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all communications. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or claims processing. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong time management skills. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. - US residency is required for this position.
