Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at RemoteOnline, you will play a crucial role in assisting insured individuals, service providers, and adjusters with claim payments processed by One Inc. This position requires a detail-oriented and empathetic individual who excels in communication and problem-solving to ensure a positive customer experience. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from insureds, service providers, and adjusters regarding claim payments. - You will accurately process and document claim payment information in the system. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate claim processing. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and procedures related to claims. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share feedback with management. - You will manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or claims processing. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused approach. - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management skills. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service are a plus. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working remotely or in a virtual call center. - Familiarity with insurance claims systems or related software. - Bilingual abilities, especially in Spanish. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customer situations calmly.
