What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from insureds, service providers, and adjusters regarding claim payments. - You will accurately process and verify claim information to ensure timely payment. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary. - You will provide clear and concise information about policies, procedures, and claim statuses. - You will identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to team goals. - You will handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry regulations and company policies. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in insurance or claims processing. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - Proficiency with customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. - Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities. - US residency is required for this remote position.
