As a Senior Program Manager in our Customer Service (CS) organization, you'll play a critical role in driving high-visibility programs that directly impact the customer experience globally. About the Role We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our Worldwide Coverage Program (WWCP) team. As a key member of the WWCP Program Management team, you'll be responsible for owning and executing complex tasks and projects, and will be seen as a thought leader and innovator within the organization. Your focus will be on driving projects for new coverage program tools and software launches and expansion activities, alongside continuous improvement program delivery. Key Responsibilities Scope and Deliver Complex Projects: Scope and deliver complex, business-critical projects from start to finish, and drive and shape the overall program's strategy and roadmap. Define Business and System Requirements: Collaborate with internal and external customers to define business and system requirements. Execute Project Plans: Define and execute project plans from design to delivery, securing resources and managing performance. Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to stakeholders. Liaise with Multiple Departments: Work with various departments, including technical teams, to ensure that relevant areas are engaged to develop deliverables within their domain to support project objectives. Support Partner Teams: Collaborate with partner teams to refine processes and increase efficiency in line with program goals. Engage with Stakeholders: Engage with stakeholders across different geographies and time zones. Make Tradeoffs: Make informed tradeoffs to enhance time-to-market in consultation with stakeholders. Manage Multiple Stakeholders: Manage multiple internal and external, cross-functional and remote stakeholders. Develop Change Management Processes: Develop change management processes related to program rollout and ongoing support. Track Delivery Against Program Targets: Monitor delivery against program targets and implement recommendations to improve program services and efficiencies. Drive Strategic Change: Ideate and drive strategic change across the broader WWCP team. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: 3+ Years of Cross-Functional Experience: 3+ years of experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams. 3+ Years of Team Management Experience: 3+ years of team management experience. 3+ Years of Cross-Functional Project Delivery Experience: 3+ years of experience delivering cross-functional projects. 3+ Years of Program or Project Management Experience: 3+ years of experience in program or project management. Experience Defining Program Requirements: Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience Managing and Analyzing Results: Experience managing, analyzing, and delivering results to senior leadership.
