They are seeking a Public Relations Assistant Account Executive to support the account team with client management, media outreach, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities • Research • Writing • Agenda preparation • Client communications • Reports • Assist with the drafting of bios, media alerts, pitch letters, etc. • Pitching • Oversee compilation of monthly updates for clients • Prepare meeting agendas • Organize and maintain collection of client content, etc. • Create/maintain editorial calendars and current media lists database • Oversee compilation of clip reports Skills • Los Angeles-based • Some PR firm experience as an intern and/or Account Coordinator (1-2 years) • Organized • Enthusiastic • Efficient • Strong communication skills Company Overview • JS2 PR offers public relations and marketing services.
