Job Title: Program Coordinator - Community Health (Remote in Wisconsin) Cost Center: 301081064 Ctr For Community Health Adv Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Employee Type: Regular Work Shift: Mon-Fri; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (United States of America) Job Description: • *Must reside in Wisconsin. This position requires travel for on-site trainings and site visits.** JOB SUMMARY The Program Coordinator - Community Health participates in the design, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of designated projects/programs within the Center for Community Health Advancement to promote changes in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors associated with identified health priorities. JOB QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION For positions requiring education beyond a high school diploma or equivalent, educational qualifications must be from an institution whose accreditation is recognized by the Council for Higher Education and Accreditation. Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in health, environmental, business, education, or related field. Preferred/Optional: None EXPERIENCE Minimum Required: Five years of experience in health education, public health, health promotion, or related field. Two years of program management experience. Proficiency working with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Project software. Preferred/Optional: Experience working with ethnic communities. CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES The following licensure(s), certification(s), registration(s), etc., are required for this position. Licenses with restrictions are subject to review to determine if restrictions are substantially related to the position. Minimum Required: None Preferred/Optional: None • *Must reside in Wisconsin.
