As a Director of Transformation Management – Insurance you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related projects to achieve strategic business objectives. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget, while aligning with organizational goals. The Director of Transformation Management serves as the primary link between project teams, stakeholders, and executive leadership. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor and resource to project sponsors who have overall accountability for the programs and projects. You will ensure alignment and accurate reporting to the portfolio manager/VP of Transformation Management Office.Ready to get in the driver’s seat?
