3-5+ years business analysis experience, bachelor's degree or equivalent, CMS experience (Drupal preferred), proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, quality assurance testing, and Tableau.
About the position Responsibilities • Manage the development cycle and feature launches for the content management system (CMS). • Publish content to Spectrum's self-service customer platforms. • Test, troubleshoot, and report on CMS operations. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to enhance customer experience. • Analyze digital marketing metrics to inform decision-making. Requirements • 3-5+ years of business analysis experience. • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, or equivalent experience. • Experience with Content Management Systems (Drupal preferred). • Comprehensive knowledge of software applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with Jira for project management. • Quality assurance testing experience. • Proficiency in Tableau.
