The Role As Operations Manager, you’ll own the day-to-day operations of Remote100K. This is a hands-on role focused on execution, systems, and continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with the founder to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and ensure a strong experience for both job seekers and employers. What You’ll Do Manage daily operations across the job board, including job postings, approvals, site updates, and support workflows Improve, document, and optimize internal processes to reduce manual work and errors Oversee employer onboarding, job submission flows, and billing coordination Monitor platform performance and identify operational bottlenecks early Coordinate with contractors or freelancers (content, SEO, dev, support) as needed Track key operational metrics and share insights to support decision-making Help implement tools and automations to scale operations efficiently Why Work at Remote100K Fully remote and async-friendly work Direct impact on a growing product used by thousands of job seekers Small team, fast decisions, and minimal bureaucracy Real ownership over how operations scale How to Apply Include your resume/CV (ideally as a PDF) Send a short introduction about yourself Include a brief overview of your relevant experience No long cover letters required What We’re Looking For 3+ years experience in operations, business operations, or platform management Experience working with digital products, marketplaces, or job boards (preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment Comfortable learning and using new tools (Notion, Airtable, Stripe, CMS platforms, etc.) Clear communicator with a practical, problem-solving mindset Nice to Have Experience at an early-stage startup or bootstrapped business Familiarity with remote hiring or recruitment platforms Basic understanding of SEO, analytics, or growth operations Competitive compensation based on experience and impact Fully remote work with flexible hours Async-friendly culture focused on outcomes, not hours Opportunity to take real ownership in a growing product Small team with direct access to decision-makers Room to grow as the company scales
