This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Florida (USA) Office position in our Corporate Office location in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The position is working with the Sales Manager to assist customers in the processing of their orders. Experience preferred but willing to train. Pleasant phone voice and highly organized and multitasking are a plus Assist department with data entry, editing, copying, scanning, filing, as needed. Provide telephone coverage route calls and take messages. Process, scan, save and mail documents, as necessary. Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage time efficiently. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented. Must be able to understand instructions and have ability to learn new skills. Must be reliable, dependable, and act independently when performing assignments.
