Full Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Solutions Architect with strong Python and React skills. You will make sure our platform is built with high-quality, secure, and scalable code. You will work closely with our Chief Technical Officer and review code from our external development team. This role is perfect for someone with deep full stack experience, especially in Python (backend) and React (frontend). You will also help make key technology and design decisions, such as system architecture, scaling, database choices, and deployment. Key Responsibilities • Review and check code from external developers for quality, performance, and security. • Work with the CTO to set coding standards and best practices. • Oversee Python and React code to ensure stability and growth. • Identify problems in the codebase and suggest or make improvements. • Support developers in using modern tools and practices. • Act as a mentor and technical lead, guiding the development team. • Work with project managers and business analysts to make sure the technology matches business needs. Essential Requirements • Strong hands-on experience with Python (backend) and React (frontend). • Experience in legal technology or financial technology. • Experience with AWS single-tenant architecture and AWS Lambda. • Experience with PostgreSQL and Elasticsearch. • Previous leadership role (e.g., tech lead). • Experience working with 30+ developers and an automation QA team. Qualifications & Experience • Proven experience as a Solutions Architect or senior full stack engineer. • Expertise in Python and React is required. • Experience in reviewing and improving code across teams. • Experience with AWS and cloud-based systems. • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and automated testing. • Knowledge of NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DynamoDB, or similar). • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
