Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience with law firm accounts and sales/account management, strong communication and collaboration skills.

The Client Manager/Customer Success Manager (CSM) will build and maintain relationships with clients, driving the usage and adoption of Legal News products within large law firm accounts.
