Full Description

We’re looking for a high-agency operator who thrives on solving messy problems and can own end-to-end execution around data, cameras, logistics, and systems. This is not a narrow role. You’ll be at the center of making our data engine run—figuring out how to source, capture, move, and structure multimodal data that powers world models. What You’ll Do Data Capture & Logistics Manage the acquisition, setup, and deployment of specialized camera rigs, sensors, and supporting equipment. Coordinate shipping, sourcing, and vendor relationships (from local suppliers to global OEMs). Process Design & Execution Develop repeatable procedures for data collection and annotation. Document and refine workflows that keep quality high while scaling. Problem Solving in the Wild Rapidly troubleshoot hardware, software, or logistical blockers—whether that’s debugging a capture pipeline or figuring out how to get 200 cameras through customs. Handle one-off operational challenges with creativity and speed. Cross-Team Support Work closely with engineering and research teams to understand what data they need and make it happen. Act as the connective tissue across hardware, software, and logistics. What We’re Looking For Extreme Ownership: You don’t wait for instructions—you find the problem and fix it. Resourcefulness: You can figure out how to source rare equipment, negotiate with vendors, or design new workflows from scratch. Systems Thinking: You see the patterns in messy processes and turn them into repeatable playbooks. Technical Comfort: Not a researcher or SWE, but comfortable handling data formats, running scripts, and working with engineers. Bias to Action: You get things done quickly and learn by doing.
