3-7+ years in Agile product ownership or management with strong JIRA skills, excellent communication, and preferably healthcare or regulated environment experience.
Job Description: • Own and manage the product backlog in JIRA, prioritizing features, enhancements, and defects aligned to business value and strategic objectives • Write clear, concise user stories with measurable acceptance criteria to guide engineering and QA teams • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (clients, operations, compliance, engineering, QA, leadership) to gather, refine, and document requirements • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and related Agile ceremonies • Define product roadmap and release plans in alignment with business and regulatory priorities • Ensure delivered features meet business objectives, operational needs, and healthcare regulatory requirements • Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and efficiency improvements • Partner with QA to validate acceptance criteria and ensure high-quality product releases • Track metrics, risks, and delivery progress; provide clear status updates to leadership and stakeholders Requirements: • 3–7+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Product Manager in an Agile environment • Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including backlog management, workflows, dashboards, and reporting • Demonstrated experience writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria • Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint execution • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills • Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables • Experience in healthcare technology, healthcare operations, or regulated environments strongly preferred • Knowledge of medical cost containment and/or Out-of-Network (OON) pricing is a plus Benefits: • Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and life insurance coverage • 401(k) retirement plan with employer match • Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) • Paid time off (PTO) and disability leave • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
