This role is responsible for managing commercial activity, driving strategic growth initiatives, and serving as a trusted partner to both existing and prospective customers. Job Summary Manage the overall business relationship for key accounts, develop commercial and technical strategies to expand market presence, enhance profitability, and support long-term customer partnerships. Responsibilities • Lead and manage strategic customer relationships within the region. • Prepare, negotiate, and execute commercial agreements aligned with business objectives. • Develop targeted account plans outlining growth initiatives and customer-specific strategies. • Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong, decision-influencing relationships. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support overall territory growth. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts using customer insights and market data. • Utilize CRM tools to track opportunities, manage customer interactions, and monitor competitive activity. • Identify value-add opportunities, including new products, expanded offerings, or enhanced services. • Monitor and resolve issues related to accounts receivable, disputes, or customer inventory levels. • Travel as required, up to approximately 50%. Technical & Functional Skills • Demonstrated success in growing accounts and driving new business development. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels. • Experience managing large or complex customer accounts. • Strong negotiation, commercial, and presentation skills. • Technical understanding of customer applications and market requirements. • Ability to identify and promote value-added solutions. • Experience with CRM/ERP platforms. • Comfortable working with diverse, global customer organizations. • Knowledge of GD&T and engineering print reading preferred.
