JOB SUMMARY Relay Resources is seeking a highly capable SharePoint Developer / Administrator to build, configure, and operationalize SharePoint Online as the enterprise documentation and collaboration platform supporting a large-scale ERP, HRIS, Operations, and Data Ecosystem transformation. This role is responsible for executing the SharePoint architecture defined by the SharePoint Platform Architect—rapidly standing up sites, libraries, permissions, and workflows in a consistent, secure, and scalable manner. This is not a helpdesk or content role. The ideal candidate is a hands-on SharePoint professional who can work independently, move quickly, and enforce standards without constant oversight. Key Responsibilities 1. SharePoint Site & Library Build-Out (Primary Accountability) • Build SharePoint sites and hubs using approved templates and standards • Configure: o Document libraries o Pages and navigation o Metadata and views • Ensure consistent structure across ERP, HRIS, Operations, Data, and Change Management workstreams 2. Permissions & Access Management • Implement role-based access controls using: o Entra ID / Azure AD groups o SharePoint permission inheritance • Apply least privilege access consistently • Support secure handling of sensitive documentation (HR, Finance, Security) • Assist with access reviews and adjustments as teams onboard 3. Workflow & Automation Support • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for: o Document approvals o Publishing workflows o Notifications and lifecycle events • Support controlled document publishing and versioning 4. Teams & M365 Integration • Integrate SharePoint libraries and pages into Microsoft Teams • Support collaboration without duplicating content • Ensure users access documentation through familiar workflows 5. Platform Operations & Support • Provide operational support for: • * Site provisioning • User access issues • Library configuration changes • Troubleshoot SharePoint issues independently • Maintain platform stability as usage scales 6. Documentation & Handoff • Document site configurations, permissions, and workflows • Support knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability • Follow platform governance and standards established by the Platform Architect Required Experience & Qualifications Must-Have • 5+ years of hands-on SharePoint experience, preferably SharePoint Online • Strong experience with: • * SharePoint site and library configuration • Permissions and access control • Microsoft Teams integration • Working knowledge of: • * Entra ID / Azure AD • Power Automate • Microsoft 365 administration concepts • Ability to work independently and execute without hand-holding PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • Experience supporting enterprise documentation or transformation programs • Experience working in security- or compliance-sensitive environments • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview (classification, retention) • Strong attention to detail and consistency • Experience working alongside architects and process teams What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months) • SharePoint sites are live, consistent, and widely used • Permissions are correctly applied and auditable • Documentation is easy to find and navigate • PMs and Process Engineers can focus on content—not platform setup SharePoint is operationally stable and scalable
