At least 1 year relevant experience, proficiency with Microsoft Applications, preferably EMR experience, valid driver's license, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential information.
Relational Excellence, LLC provides mental health counseling and care for clients in Maryland. We provide quality, fun, and diverse mental health services to adolescent and adult populations. Our clientele concerns range from depression to anxiety. As well as family discord, identity concerns, to those who experience symptoms of trauma. We are looking for an office manager that takes pride in every part of the clinical process by providing helpful and clear directions to our consumers and staff. Treatment and care is the focus of Relational Excellence, LLC; although, we are also known for valuing self-care, creativity in sessions, and having fun in our office space. We are seeking an additional team member that is oriented and loves the services that we provide. This person will be an key partner to ensuring that our clients continue to have a safe place in which they can heal, grow and become empowered. This position can either be full-time or part-time. Full-Time Hours: Monday-Thursday: 9am - 6:30pm* Friday: 9:00am - 1:00pm Responsibilities and Duties Provide clerical assistance and support to Owner, Office Manager, Lead Administrative Assistant, Therapists, Contractors, and office personnel Answer phones and contact customers Welcoming all patients and visitors, in person or over the phone Facilitating patient flow by notifying the Clinician of patients' arrival, being aware of delays, and communicating with clients and clinical staff Responding to inquiries by patients, prospective patients, and visitors in a courteous manner Register new/prospective patients by obtaining the required information and transfer confidential information to client’s hard copy and electronic chart Update existing patient demographics by collecting detailed patient information including personal and financial information Keep office supplies adequately stocked by anticipating inventory needs, placing orders, and monitoring office equipment Scheduling client appointments; ensuring Calendars are synchronized Protecting patient confidentiality, HIPPA regulations Keeping the reception area clean and organized Process customer payments/returns and bank deposits in accounting software Research reports against data and investigate discrepancies Collaborate with providers and customers’ in order to process authorizations timely Maintain accurate records and organize filing system for all locations Other duties as assigned Qualifications and Skills At least 1 years of relevant experience Experience using Microsoft Applications Medical scheduling experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred.
