Full Description

Administrative Assistant Reich Tool & Design, a Menomonee Falls based, family-owned and operated Tool and Die manufacturer for almost 60 years is looking for an Administrative Assistant to work with the Project Management team. We are looking for an organized, hands-on candidate to be responsible for coordinating and processing various administrative functions for the Project Management and Sales departments. This is a new, entry level, 8-hour, in-person, first shift position Monday - Friday with possible overtime based on Company needs. Expected hours are 40 per week. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Coordinate and administer tasks that support project quotes and deliverables. • Prepare correspondence and reports, some of which may contain confidential information. • Establish and maintain an organized file structure including working within our ERP System, CAD and Microsoft office files. • Coordinate secure file transfers and manage controlled documents. • Confirm purchase orders match current print revisions, pricing and lead time. • Enter approved PO’s in the ERP system and print off all production documents. • Ensure all flow down requirements are supplied to project management, quality, and purchasing. • Aid PM’s, quality, and purchasing in finding qualified sources for services and materials. • Work with the sales manager to follow-up on quotes when required, and do administrative tasks related to sales strategies. • Research contacts for sales and marketing calls. • Assist estimating in maintaining quote logs and customer correspondence. • Assist PM’s in managing production schedules and Work Orders. • Perform wide variety of administrative duties, including, but not limited to data entry, printing/scanning/copying/faxing, answering phone calls and e-mails. • Regular physical attendance is required. • Travel, as required. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements/Qualifications Necessary: Experience / Education: • High school diploma or GED, and two to four years of related experience • Ability to read basic blueprints and work instructions. • MS Office Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Ability to work without close supervision to bring projects to successful completion • Detail oriented, self-motivated, good time management and organizational skills • Sound verbal and written communication • Ability to rely on experience, reasoning and judgement to plan and accomplish goals Preferred Requirements/Qualifications: • Exposure to previous manufacturing environment • Basic experience using CAD systems such as AutoCAD or Solidworks • Certified training as an Administrative Assistant Post offer drug screen and background check required.
