Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Lead Capture Efforts: Manage and coordinate cross-functional capture teams, contributing to the identification and pursuit of high-value federal IT and defense opportunities. Capture & Proposal Management: Develop and execute capture strategies, contribute to proposal content, and ensure alignment with customer needs and organizational goals. Account & Growth Support: Collaborate with account teams to support long-term growth strategies, identify new opportunities, and expand client relationships. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal teams and clients as assigned, supporting relationship building and communications. Competitive Intelligence & Market Insights: Conduct detailed research on competitors, market trends, and customer priorities to inform capture strategies. Partnerships & Alliances: Assist in managing strategic relationships with partners or subcontractors to strengthen capture efforts. AI-Focused Responsibilities: Use AI tools for market research, competitive assessments, and opportunity analysis. Apply AI to support the creation of high-quality capture artifacts, including call plans, discriminator maps, and proposal sections. Integrate AI outputs into capture and proposal processes, ensuring alignment with customer missions and REI quality standards. Promote AI adoption across the capture team and support identification of new AI use cases. Qualifications Experience & Qualifications: 7–10 years of experience in capture management, business development, or program support within federal IT or defense contracting. Proven ability to manage complex proposal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams. Knowledge of federal contracting processes, DoD/DoW programs, and IT modernization initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience leveraging AI tools to support research, strategy, or proposal development is a plus. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field required. Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills: Demonstrated continued learning through one or more technical certifications or related methods. Secret Security Clearance. Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field. A master’s degree in business, public administration, public policy, or relevant field (preferred). Clearance: Due to federal contract requirements, U.S. citizenship is required.
