Full Description

Purpose of Role The Director of Professional Services & Solutions will be responsible for building and scaling Rehrig Pacific’s Professional Services and System Design capability, transforming it into a commercially viable, repeatable, and high-impact offering that accelerates customer value and drives incremental revenue. This individual will define what we offer, how we sell it, how we price and deliver it, and how we enable sellers to position services credibly alongside Rehrig’s solutions. This is a builder role: establishing strategy, frameworks, operating models, and enablement while partnering closely with sales to drive adoption and measurable customer outcomes. Areas of Accountability Strategy & Offering Development • Design customer operating models across core verticals, including Beer, Beverage, and Foodservice. • Build Rehrig’s system design offering, including standardized discovery tools, workflows, and deliverables. • Develop a third-party partnership strategy to expand capabilities in automation, racking, WMS, and other complementary areas. • Create an integrated strategy for delivering turn-key solutions that combine system design, Rehrig products, and third-party offerings. Commercialization & Go-to-Market • Partner with Category, Sales, and Marketing to develop clear and compelling messaging for Professional Services and System Design. • Define and standardize value drivers tied to customer outcomes (e.g., time, labor, risk reduction, and speed-to-value). • Build ROI frameworks, value narratives, and proof points to support seller conversations and executive-level engagements. • Partner with Category on pricing, packaging, and commercialization models for Professional Services. • Enable consistent quoting, forecasting, and pipeline management for services revenue. Sales Enablement & Adoption • Collaborate with Marketing and Category to design internal enablement materials that help sellers confidently position and sell services. • Train sellers to articulate the value of System Design and Professional Services in a credible and consistent way. • Serve as a subject-matter expert in high-value and complex customer engagements. • Represent Rehrig as a thought leader at major industry events and forums (e.g., NBWA, IFDA, RISE Summits). Execution & Delivery Leadership • Ensure all Professional Services engagements are delivered with quality, consistency, and measurable outcomes. • Establish customer and seller feedback loops to drive continuous improvement. • Partner with Operations and Product teams to align service delivery with broader solution roadmaps. Team & Capability Building • Hire, onboard, and grow the Professional Services & Solutions team as the business scales. • Define roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations for the services organization. • Build a culture rooted in customer value, accountability, and cross-functional collaboration. • Foster a human-centered environment built on trust, empathy, open communication, and teamwork. Knowledge, Skills & Experience • 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, or related roles within supply chain, logistics, or technology. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in whole-system solution design and implementation. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA preferred. • Demonstrated ability to identify, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships that drive growth. • Experience working with retailers, software providers, and system integrators. • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, automation technologies, and distribution center best practices. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Willingness to travel up to 50%. Why Rehrig Pacific? Rehrig Pacific is a leading manufacturer of integrated sustainable solutions for the supply chain and environmental waste industries with a diverse customer list of industry leaders. We provide end-to-end solutions including returnable plastic products, delivery lifts and sleds, technology to track those assets, and a service team to ensure their longevity. Our team is dedicated to the values, mission, and unique culture within our organization that celebrates our people. We believe in fostering an environment where employees can be their authentic selves and know that they are viewed as integral members of the Rehrig Pacific Family.
