Your Role as a Registered Nurse • Oversee care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and proactively address patient concerns. • Establish meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate healing. • Collaborate effectively with various departments to ensure seamless patient care and direct support when necessary. • Provide guidance to fellow staff and support them in meeting complex patient needs. • Celebrate our patients' achievements and milestones, enhancing their recovery experience. Qualifications for Consideration • A valid RN license as per state regulations. • CPR certification (ACLS preferred). • CRRN certification is a plus. • Preferred one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
