Start selling financial transformation. Rehab Launchpad is an AI-driven revenue acceleration firm disrupting the $42B addiction treatment market. We don’t sell "medical billing." We sell speed and cash flow to rehab facility owners. We use proprietary AI agents to cut credentialing times by 50% and stop insurance denials before they happen. The Role: We are looking for a Technical Account Manager (TAM) who is really a "Hunter" in disguise. You won't just manage accounts; you will close them. You will use our "Black Box Audit" technology (a zero-knowledge revenue assessment tool) to prove financial leaks to CEOs and then sell the solution. What You Sell: • "Revenue Launch" Projects ($7,500+): High-margin credentialing & setup. • AI Retainers ($2,500 - $8,000/mo): Recurring revenue for VOB & UR automation. • The Upsell: Transitioning clients to full-cycle Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) after 90 days. Compensation (Eat What You Kill): • Upfront Commission: 20% on all Project Fees (Paid Net 15). • Recurring Commission: 10% on Monthly Retainers (Capped at 6 months). • The Accelerator: Maintain $30k in new pipeline revenue, and your recurring tail extends to 12 months. • Target OTE: $120,000 - $200,000+ (Uncapped).
