We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Revenue Assurance Specialist & Sales Operations QA to help us design, document, and QA our full sales-to-cash journey from new customer sign-off through to invoice payment, including renewals and late payment management. This role is key to building and maintaining end-to-end documentation, supporting HubSpot property governance, enforcing internal SLAs, and executing QA audits across the sales lifecycle. You'll play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, process consistency, and operational efficiency across Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Revenue Operations. Key Responsibilities Process Design & Documentation Develop and maintain standardized SOPs for: New sales (from signed agreement to invoice payment) Renewals (starting 6 months prior to term end through to closure or continuation) Contract amendments and renewal invoices Define team responsibilities and handoffs across Sales, CS, Finance, and RevOps Clarify and manage field ownership in HubSpot throughout the sales journey Establish and monitor SLA timelines for each step in the process (e.g., contract entry, invoicing, follow-ups) Consolidate all documentation in a single, centralized repository (e.g., Confluence) Quality Assurance (QA) & Compliance Build and implement QA processes to ensure SOPs are consistently followed Audit workflows to catch discrepancies early and propose process improvements Develop ongoing audit structures and reporting for sales and renewals Ensure processes align with revenue recognition standards, AR best practices, and company policies Carefully review agreements, invoices, and related data to catch and resolve errors early Follow through on identified issues to ensure revenue is accurately tracked and reported Communicate clearly and proactively when something doesn’t align or needs correction Revenue Operations & AR Support Review Sales Agreements (SAs) before signature to ensure accuracy and completeness Collaborate with Finance and AR on late payments, invalid cancellations, and recovery strategies Support alignment between sales data and billing requirements Assist in the design and monitoring of the full revenue assurance lifecycle Cross-Functional & Vendor Support Support the data governance initiative to improve systems and processes Coordinate with external vendors or partners as needed Requirements 2+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, and Accounts Receivable (AR) Experience creating SOPs or process documentation, ideally using Confluence or similar tools Familiarity with customer renewals, sales lifecycles, and SaaS metrics a plus Detail-oriented with strong analytical and QA skills Collaborative team player comfortable coordinating across Sales, CS, and Finance Nice to Have Experience in QA or audit roles in a SaaS or tech environment Hubspot Experience Background in finance or billing operations Knowledge of contract lifecycle management tools Tools You’ll Use HubSpot Google Workspace Confluence Docusign or similar What Success Looks Like Complete, accessible documentation of the full sales-to-cash and renewal process Clear ownership and property management structure within HubSpot SLA metrics in place and monitored Regular QA audits that ensure process adherence and continuous improvement
