Job Description: • Own Regenified’s commercial strategy, go-to-market approach, and annual business plan • Accountable for delivery of revenue targets, ensuring strong pipeline coverage • Define and oversee the Customer Success strategy and operating model • Hire, onboard, coach, and lead high-performing commercial teams and leaders Requirements: • 10+ years of experience in senior commercial leadership roles • Proven track record of delivering top-line revenue targets with strong forecast accuracy • Familiarity with sustainability claims, certifications, and regenerative agriculture is a strong plus • Must have a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business Administration or related field Benefits: • unlimited PTO • 100% premium coverage for medical/dental/vision (with partial coverage for dependants)
