Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Regenesis – North America (United States & Canada) Role Overview Regenesis Equipment is a successful, profitable, and fully self-funded company that has been operating for over two years with strong margins and sustained revenue growth across North America. Having proven product-market fit, operational viability, and capital discipline without outside funding, the company is now entering a deliberate capital-raising phase to accelerate scale, expand market leadership, and build long-term enterprise value. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Regenesis Equipment – North America will lead the company through its first and subsequent rounds of institutional or strategic fundraising, while maintaining profitability discipline and scaling operations across the United States and Canada. This is a fundraising-forward CEO role that combines capital markets leadership with full P&L ownership, executive management, and operational execution in a high-growth, regulated equipment business. Core Mandate (First 12–24 Months) • Lead and close the company’s first external funding round, followed by consecutive growth rounds as appropriate. • Position Regenesis as a capital-efficient, profitable growth company to institutional and strategic investors. • Scale revenue, infrastructure, and organizational capability without compromising margins or quality. • Build governance, reporting, and leadership systems aligned with an investor-backed growth trajectory. Key ResponsibilitiesCapital Strategy & Fundraising (Primary Responsibility) • Own the company’s capital strategy, including valuation positioning, dilution planning, and use-of-funds discipline. • Lead all fundraising activities: investor sourcing, pitching, diligence, negotiation, and closing. • Translate Regenesis’ bootstrapped success, profitability, and operating leverage into a compelling investor narrative. • Prepare and maintain investor materials: pitch decks, financial models, data rooms, KPI dashboards. • Manage ongoing investor relations post-close and ensure alignment between capital deployment and milestones. Strategic Leadership & Vision • Define and articulate a long-term strategic vision grounded in proven traction and profitability. • Lead annual and multi-year planning aligned with capital raises and growth objectives. • Evaluate strategic partnerships, licensing, distribution, and M&A opportunities that enhance defensibility and valuation. Financial & P&L Ownership • Full P&L responsibility for North American operations. • Maintain financial discipline while scaling revenue and headcount. • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and EBITDA performance. • Ensure financial reporting and controls meet board and investor standards. Commercial & Growth Leadership • Drive revenue growth across direct sales, distributors, and strategic partners. • Oversee marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning consistent with an investor-grade growth story. • Build scalable sales infrastructure, pricing governance, and performance management systems. • Maintain senior relationships with key enterprise, distributor, and strategic customers. Operations, Product & Regulatory Oversight • Oversee manufacturing partners, supply chain, logistics, and quality control. • Ensure compliance with applicable U.S. and Canadian regulatory, safety, and labeling requirements. • Partner with product and engineering leadership to prioritize roadmaps that strengthen differentiation and defensibility. People, Culture & Organizational Build-Out • Recruit, lead, and retain a high-performance executive team. • Preserve the company’s capital-efficient, accountable culture through growth. • Establish governance, controls, and operating cadence appropriate for an externally funded company. Governance & External Representation • Serve as the primary executive interface with the board, investors, and advisors. • Lead board communications, reporting, and strategic decision-making. • Represent Regenesis at investor meetings, industry events, and strategic negotiations. Qualifications & Experience Required • 10+ years of senior executive leadership experience (CEO, President, GM, or equivalent). • Proven success raising institutional or strategic capital. • Experience scaling profitable, multi-million-dollar businesses with full P&L responsibility. • Strong financial acumen and comfort operating in board-governed environments. • Exceptional communication and investor-facing storytelling skills. Strongly Preferred • Founder-CEO or capital-raising CEO experience in a bootstrapped or capital-efficient company. • Background in medical devices, wellness technology, aesthetics, or regulated equipment industries. • Experience operating across the U.S. and Canada. • Prior venture-backed or private-equity-backed leadership experience. • Strategic partnership, licensing, or M&A experience.
