Join Regal Staffing Services – Shipping/ Receiving Specialist in McKinney, TX We are seeking a Shipping/ Receiving Specialist to join our team! Responsible for managing all incoming/outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery to support company operations. Pay & Schedule • $20.00 to 22.00/hr DOE • 1st shift 6am to 2:30pm Monday to Friday What You’ll Do • Receive and verify shipments, prepare items for delivery. • Schedule and coordinate freight carriers. • Enter shipping/receiving data into Chempax system. • Inspect shipments for accuracy/damages. • Maintain inventory of shipping supplies. • Operate forklift/hand truck as needed. • Support cycle counts and inventory control. • Accurate documentation and timely shipments. • Meeting freight cost and delivery goals. • Effective communication with managers and freight carriers. Requirements • High School diploma required; Associate’s in Business/Logistics preferred. • 3–5 years shipping/receiving experience (manufacturing/chemical/logistics preferred). • Knowledge of DOT/IATA regulations for hazardous goods. • Strong math, reasoning, and computer skills (Excel, Word, MRP systems). • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; mix of office and plant environment. • Background check & drug screen required • Reliable transportation • Employment verification required • References required How to Apply: Submit your application at www.applyregal.com, and please select “Carrollton” as your branch.
